Mirror Tile V

This works exactly like Mirror V, meaning it either mirrors the selected UV elements or—if nothing is selected—mirrors the contents of the entire UV tile vertically, i.e., along the V axis.

However, unlike with Mirror V, the reference point is always at the center of the UV tile, i.e., at the UV coordinates 0.5, 0.5.
