This is the string to which a prefix or suffix should be added.
This string will be added to the introduced Text String. The Prefix "RE_" and the string "foot" become "RE_Foot".
This string is appended at the end of the input string. The Text String"Sky" and the Suffix ".jpg" then become "Sky.jpg".
