Closest Points

This Node can effectively determine those points of a geometry that lie within a given search radius around any position. The following image shows an example of this. The specified position and its search radius are indicated by a zero system and circles in the upper-right corner. The Node automatically determines those points of the assigned capsule geometry that lie within the search radius. These points can then be used to place object copies, for example, or - as in this case - to perform extrusions on the surface of the capsule.
