Pyro Advect
Pyro simulations can be used to simulate flames, smoke and explosions. This creates different pressures, temperatures and density distributions in the room, which you can also use for the movement of particles. This makes it possible, for example, to simulate sparks with particles that are carried upwards in a bonfire or fragments of a geometry that are carried away as particles in an explosion.
In any case, a Pyro simulation is required as a basis, which should preferably already be available as a cache. On this introductory page to the Pyro simulation system, you will learn everything you need to know about operating the Pyro components.
The following video shows an example of the effect. On the left you can see the original Pyro explosion and on the right the particle movements based on the temperature and density movements of this explosion.
