Ring Selection
Just like the Loop selection, the Ring Selection corresponds in its function to the selection tool of the same name and automatically selects a contiguous strip of polygons or even parallel edges and points that follow the topology of the geometry.
Similar to Loop Selection, Ring Selection also allows you to select connected structures that follow the topology of the geometry. Unlike Loop Selection, however, parallel structures are selected in this case in point or edge mode.
