Poke Polygons

This command works similarly to the Create Point tool, only that the new point is always placed at the center of the polygon.

If NGons should be selected, these will first be broken up into individual polygons and a new point will be placed at the center of each individual polygon.

This command also works in Point and Edge modes as long as the selection contains whole polygons.

Options

Offset

If the new center point should not lie on the plane of the original polygon but should rather rise from the surface along the polygon Normals, the respective Offset can be defined here.

Select points

This option determines whether the newly created point should be selected in Point mode.
