Options
Select the direction in which the guides should be made taut.
- Root: In the direction of the guide root segment.
- Normal: In the direction of the surface Normals at the guide root.
- Along Guide: Over the length of an average guide. Extremely small kinks will be ironed out, whereby the run of the guides will, for the most part, remain unchanged.
This setting can also be adjusted interactively using the mouse. It adjusts the strength of the effect itself.
Use this curve to define the straightening effect over the length of the guides. If only the top half of the guides should be straightened, set the first half of the curve to a neutral position. The bottom half of the guides will remain unchanged.
